RETURNS & REFUNDS
REFUND PROCESS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mutangana Tea purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
